A sub-processor is a third party we engage that may process personal information on our customers' behalf. Under our Data Processing Addendum we publish the full list here, give 30 days' notice before adding or replacing one, and give you a right to object.
Each sub-processor is bound by written obligations no less protective than those in our DPA, and we remain fully liable to you for their performance.
The Nice fleet Platform is not yet generally available. The sub-processors below are those engaged today, for this website and for running the business. Infrastructure sub-processors for the Platform — hosting, storage and backup — will be added to this list before any customer data is processed, with the 30 days’ notice described above. Nothing is omitted: if a vendor could see customer data today, it is in the table.
Current sub-processors
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Data it may access | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hostinger International Ltd. | Business email and transactional notifications | Contact details, message content | United States |
| Formspree, Inc. | Website contact form delivery | Enquiry form submissions only | United States |
| Better Stack, Inc. | Uptime and error monitoring | Technical logs; may incidentally contain identifiers | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. | Subscription billing | Billing contact and payment details | United States |
Third parties that are not sub-processors
These are worth naming because a reviewer will ask:
- Fonts, scripts and images — all served from
nicetechnologiesinc.com. The website loads nothing from a third-party domain, so no CDN, font host or analytics provider sees a visitor's IP address. There is no entry here because there is no third party. See Privacy Policy § 9. - Integrations you connect — telematics, ELD, fuel card, payroll and student information providers you choose to link are your vendors, not our sub-processors. Data flows to them at your instruction and under your agreement with them.
Subscribing to changes
To be notified before we add or replace a sub-processor, email info@nicetechnologiesinc.com with "Sub-processor notices" in the subject and the address you want notices sent to. Account administrators are notified automatically.
Objecting
If you reasonably object to a new sub-processor on data protection grounds within the 30-day notice period, we will work with you to find an alternative. If we cannot, you may terminate the affected service without penalty and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees.
