Nice Technologies, Inc. is an American software company building one platform for transportation operators — the school bus contractors, regional carriers, courier fleets and paratransit providers whose work only gets noticed when it goes wrong.
Why we exist
The good tools were built for someone else's fleet.
The enterprise platforms are genuinely capable — and priced, contracted and scoped for national fleets with a procurement department. Everyone below that line ends up stitching together a routing tool, a GPS portal, a maintenance spreadsheet and a parent app from four vendors who have never spoken to each other.
We think an operator with forty vehicles deserves one system that holds the whole picture, at a price they can read off a web page, on terms they can leave. That is the entire idea.

No hostage data
Everything you put in, you can take out, in open formats, whenever you want — including on the day you leave us.
Short contracts
Month-to-month is always available. If we need a three-year term to keep you, we have not built something worth keeping.
Privacy by design
The parent app collects the least it can, and a guardian account is scoped to their own child’s trips. Children’s data is not a growth channel.
We say when we can't
If a feature does not exist yet, we will tell you that in the demo instead of after the invoice. If we are the wrong fit, we will say so.
Support by people who built it
Our support is US-based and staffed by people with access to the engineers. Escalation is a hallway, not a ticket queue.
Where we are today
Early, and honest about it.
Nice Technologies is a young company building its platform alongside its first operators. We would rather say that plainly than pretend to a customer list we have not earned yet.
What that means for you: direct access to the people writing the software, real influence over what gets built next, and founding-customer terms. What it also means: we are not the right choice if you need a decade of references before you can sign anything. We will tell you that in the first conversation rather than the fifth.
